Coffee with Principal Girardi…
Come and enjoy a cup of coffee with the principal tomorrow morning! Parents are invited to come and meet with Principal Girardi over a cup of coffee and snacks at 8:00am in Room 1 (the room across the hall from the school office). Hear first hand about district and school news, talk about any issues or concerns you may have or just come for the coffee. This is also a great opportunity to meet other Roosevelt parents! This is a very casual meeting so if you can only drop in for a few minutes, you’re still welcome to attend. Spanish translation is available for those that need it. If you have a younger child, you are welcome to bring him/her. Tell a friend!

Family Dinner Dance!…
Come and join us on Friday night for our annual Dinner Dance on Friday, September 19 at 5:30pm! 
Tickets cost $5 per person and include dinner (lasagne, salad, rolls, dessert and a drink) and dancing to a DJ for the evening. Tickets need to be purchased in advance. Please fill out the orange form that came home to receive your tickets for the evening or put the following information on the front of an envelope along with your payment: the number of tickets needed, your child’s name and classroom number. Make checks payable to Roosevelt PTA. Please Note: 5th grade families are being asked to help out with this event.
