President – Whitney Glockner Black

Whitney has been a parent at Roosevelt for 8 years and a volunteer at the school and district level for just as long. Whitney believes in the power of enrichment to open students’ minds and in the power of community building to help them have a strong foundation. She is sorry in advance for always asking for your time and/ or your money. It’s part of the job.

Our intrepid former president is looking forward to positively impacting every child at Roosevelt by connecting students, teachers and parents and advocating for all.  If that isn’t enough, she is also looking out for new PTA members!

VP Fundraising – Nina Wemmer

 

Nina is so good at fundraising, you will forget she’s even asking you for a donation! You are feeling generous…… very generous.

Secretary – Jane Beuscher

 

Jane is our brain. She documents all the things the PTA does and keeps an eye on key issues in the community we might want to respond to as a community.

VP Spiritwear – Krista Cuschieri

Between buying trips to Milan and London, Krista  runs our spiritwear Swag Shop operations to keep y’all lookin’ your best. She’s also mom to an 5th-grader.

VP of it all – Josanna Schiele

Josanna keeps trying to leave Roosevelt, but we keep finding ways to bring her back! In fact, we are never going to take her off the website even though her kids have graduated.

VP Enrichment and Scholarships – Selah Mapes

Looking for on campus after-school enrichment classes? Thank Selah for that! Need a scholarship for your kid to participate in enrichment- reach out to Selah for that too! She’s also a mom to a 2rd grader and 4th grader!
