e. none of the above

Make your guess and find out if you’re right at the bottom!

Substitute Principal…
Substitute principal Diane Kizler will once again be the substitute principal on the Roosevelt campus on 1/29, and 1/31. Ms. Girardi has some required work/meetings to attend to on those days that can’t be interrupted. Ms. Kizler will be handling the day to day operations on our campus.

PTA Pledges…
Reminders were sent home for all families that wanted to make a monthly contribution to the Roosevelt Enrichment Fund. Please remember to send in your money. Checks should be made out to Roosevelt PTA or you can make a cash donation. You may use the envelope that was sent with the reminder to send back your payment so that it can be credited to your family.

If you still haven’t contributed $100 per child, or filled out a pledge form to make monthly payments, you can still do so. There’s still a lot of Enrichment programs that the PTA has to fund for this year and we need your support. Please also include your child’s name and room number so that it can be credited to your family.

Thank you for your generosity!

Trivia Question Answer…
cups_of_coffeeThe correct answer is e. none of the above. Even though Ms. Girardi hosts a monthly morning coffee meeting, she doesn’t actually like coffee. In fact, you’re more likely to find her drinking a Diet Pepsi. Does she like anything made with coffee? Coffee flavored ice cream? Tiramisu? Coffee cake? Come to the Thursday morning coffee with Principal Girardi to find out! There will be coffee made for the coffee drinkers to enjoy and a tasty treat or two to eat. This is a very informal gathering and a great way to get to know Ms. Girardi and other Roosevelt parents. Hope to see you all on Thursday morning at 8:00am in Room 1!

Have a great week!
